How to Use
- Park safely, switch off the engine and locate your vehicle's OBD2 port, usually in the driver's footwell.
- Plug the Bidirectio adapter firmly into the port.
- Turn the ignition on or start the engine as required by your chosen app.
- Enable Bluetooth on your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
- Open a compatible app such as BimmerCode, BimmerLink or another supported diagnostic app and connect to the adapter.
- Run a scan to read fault codes, view live data or access supported coding menus.
- Clear supported fault codes only after identifying and resolving the underlying issue.
- Unplug after use if preferred, or leave fitted if your app and driving habits allow.

Excellent little adapter for diagnostics and fault-code clearing on my Mini Cooper. The only reason it is not a full five stars is that you still need to make sure your chosen app supports your exact model, but the hardware itself has been spot on.
Used it as a car code reader before an MOT because I had a warning pop up. Cleared the issue after replacing a sensor and saved myself a trip to the garage. Much better value than the branded premium options I looked at.
Really handy if you like doing things from your phone rather than using an old handheld scanner. It is compact and works well with BimmerCode on iPhone. I would have liked a printed quick-start card in the box, but setup was still straightforward.
